Filming on-board Grand Central trains

Several TV production companies have chosen Grand Central to film their programmes on-board.

TV shows filmed on-board have included:

• BBC 2 - The Thick of It
• ITV 1 - DCI Banks
• Channel 4 - Superscrimpers
• BBC 1 - Inside Claridges

Filming takes place on trains which are in service, ranging from one or two tables to a whole or half carriages. We don't manage stations so if you would like to film at stations you must request permission from the owners – we can help you contact relevant station managers.
