Be Kind, Befriend
World Mental Health Day is held on October 10th every year. The goal is to help raise mental health awareness and each of us can make a contribution to ensure that people dealing with mental health problems can live better lives with dignity.
One of the feelings millions of us are experiencing during the current coronavirus pandemic is loneliness. In our combined efforts to stay safe and save lives, our usual ways of seeing family, friends or just familiar faces have been put on pause.
To help tackle loneliness this year we have launched our new programme ‘Be Kind Befriend’
