Sandwiched between the North York Moors and the Yorkshire Dales, James Herriot Country is a beloved tourist attraction for many railway passengers alighting at Thirsk and Northallerton. The World of James Herriot is a museum and visitor centre in the former home and surgery of the world’s most famous vet. We’ve worked with The World of James Herriot and local businesses to run events including visitor days at London King’s Cross, showcasing local businesses including Yorkshire Ice Cream from Brymor Ice Cream, Herriot Country craft beers from Nick Stafford’s Hambleton Ales, plus, Yorkshire and Harrogate Blue artisan cheese.
