We will always endeavour to provide a comfortable journey for our passengers and we appreciate that during the summer and winter, temperature can be a concern. The heating and cooling systems on-board are set prior to departure and are not able to be modified once the train is in motion.

Additionally, our air conditioning system can be vulnerable to pollen intake, causing problems during periods of particularly high pollen count.

If you are feeling uncomfortable due to excessive heat, please speak to a member of staff on board who will be happy to provide complimentary bottled water.
