The Jo Cox Foundation

The Jo Cox Foundation is a charity set up to advance the causes championed by Batley and Spen MP Jo Cox who was killed in 2016. Cox’s commitment to celebrating diversity, and her belief in the power of more cohesive neighbourhoods, drives the foundation’s objective to continue building stronger communities and is something Grand Central also cares passionately about.

We’ve supported events such as the Jo Cox Way, an annual cycle ride from West Yorkshire to London, which aims to highlight the resilience of communities that have been struck by acts of terror and raise awareness of the people working tirelessly to bring people together. We are looking forward to working more closely with the foundation on events and initiatives that bring our communities closer at a time when this is more important than ever.
