Strike dates and information:
The RMT union have announced further strike action on the following dates. Tuesday 13th & Wednesday 14th December, Friday 16th & Saturday 17th December, Tuesday 3rd & Wednesday 4th January and Friday 6th & Saturday 7th January.
We will open services for reservations once the timetable has been confirmed by Network Rail. This is likely to be four working days prior to the date of travel. We will update this page as soon as we have further information.
We strongly recommend you have a seat reservation for any Grand Central services otherwise you may have to stand for the duration of your journey.
- How to request a refund
- You can request a refund from your point of purchase, for the disrupted service and for the return leg of your journey if your plans changed due to the strike action.
- If you need a refund for your ticket and it was purchased through the Grand Central Website or app, contact our Refunds team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, attach your booking reference number (beginning B-GRANDCNTRL or MOTO) and a scanned copy of your tickets; or by contacting us at 0345 603 4852 (option 4, then option 2).
